Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bad Lauterberg

For us (siblings with 2 dogs) EXACTLY the right thing - also for unfortunately only two nights! A fantastically beautiful location, very private. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to St. Andreasberg itself, down to the summer toboggan run/the sports lodge (where we ate deliciously) or to one of the great hiking trails. It's really a very cozy, clean cottage. The stay was rounded off by the very friendly and fast communication with Esther & Frank. THANKS!

We felt super comfortable. The house is very quiet in a narrow side street. All photos correspond to the circumstances. Communication with the owner was always friendly and easy. All agreements worked wonderfully. There were 7 of us there at times and the kitchen was also sufficiently equipped with everything you need. There were really sharp knives☺️👍. The kitchen and dining area is tasteful, modern and lovingly furnished and was our preferred area to stay. The 2nd kitchen is located on the top floor, where the bedrooms are also located. You have to climb 2 steeper stairs to get there. However, there is also the sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. The bathrooms are also modern and large, and on the ground floor there is a cosy, warm infrared cabin👍. Overall, a successful stay for us☺️

Niels is a good and very nice host who responds quickly to messages and with whom you can also have a nice chat on site and receive tips for activities. The house is located in a quiet street and yet you can quickly reach the city, close to shopping or restaurants and just as quickly in the countryside. We had everything in the house that was needed and we liked the retro charm of the furnishings, as well as the beautiful garden and both we and our dog had, despite the weather, a cozy and relaxing week, thank you for everything Niels and maybe see you again.

Communication and check-in went smoothly! Sabine and Maik were always available and very helpful. The accommodation is - as in the photos - beautiful and has everything you need for a weekend in the Harz.

Ute was a super hostess! the house is beautiful, well maintained and has an incredibly great garden. The house is well equipped, there is also plenty of space for everyone and it is still not too big. There was even homemade honey (to buy) and local juice as a guest gift that was delicious. On top of that, we could be quite flexible with check-in and check-out. We were lucky that no one came right after us, so we could still enjoy lunch in the garden. We really enjoyed our hiking board game long weekend and would love to stay. We'll definitely be back soon! By the way, the table is great, for large board games :D

We were already guests at Tasja's last year and were happy to come back. This time the stay was even more pleasant – especially the significantly improved cleanliness surprised us positively. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Tasja is a friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to questions or requests. I visited Tanja's accommodation for the second time and found my positive impression of the first visit completely confirmed. A beautiful and new furnished apartment with a separate entrance, nothing is missing and everything works perfectly. Again, the apartment was sparkling clean upon our arrival. Because of the beautiful May weather, we were also able to use the small seat in front of the house this time. This is spoiled by the sun almost all day, you have a view into the garden, and it is just as wonderfully quiet there as in the house. As the first time, Tanja responded very quickly and kindly to all requests. We felt very comfortable in the apartment 24/7 and highly recommend both the accommodation and the hostess! Very important: You are very quickly in nature from the house, and this is simply fantastic in the sunny Harz foothills in May.

We had a great weekend in this cozy accommodation with a fantastic view! Mark was very friendly and helpful. He answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation is small, but very cozy and perfect for a short break. The summer toboggan run can be easily reached on foot. It was also very convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom. However, the hot water was sometimes used up quickly, so we could not all shower at the same time. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold, so we were glad that the heaters were on, really great! Nearby is the Pizzeria La Capri, which we highly recommend! Although it is a bit more expensive, the food (we had pizza and steak) was worth every cent. All in all, we had a great weekend and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had 4 wonderful days in Henry's apartment. Henry and his wife were very kind, warm and accommodating landlords. The apartment was very clean and very cozy, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. I would also like to highlight the great and, above all, quiet location of the apartment. We were able to see and start many sights and hiking tours just a short distance from the apartment. We can only highly recommend the apartment to everyone, and we would also be very happy to come back again!

The accommodation convinced me completely! It is very stylishly decorated – with a lot of attention to detail – and was absolutely clean. Particularly noteworthy is the ideal location: numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, beautiful hiking trails and the cable car are all within walking distance. Check-in went smoothly and quickly. I received comprehensive information about the area, which made it much easier to get started with our stay. I felt comfortable from the beginning and would love to come back. Clear recommendation!

The place is very nice. Great bathroom and a really nice fireplace! You had everything you needed and could get everywhere quickly from there. The flexible check-in was particularly convenient as we could come and leave as it suited us. I'm sure we'll be back!

The four of us spent a week at Lena and Christian's beautiful farm. We felt at home, the mill is really extremely idyllic. The children had fun swimming in the river and on the playground, we were in the Harz a lot for hiking. The property is really a dream and the two hosts put an incredible amount of energy into the care and maintenance of the garden and the mill. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back. Thank you, dear heart ♥️

Everything is great. Lovely clean house. It would be ideal if the property was fenced, especially if you are traveling with a dog. At check-in, you have to know that you first have to drive to the reception about 500 m further on the left side and then pick up the map with which you can then enter the peat house area via a barrier.

We spent an extended weekend in the Harz (Schierke). In fantastic weather, starting from our accommodation, we were able to hike on the Brocken. The resort leaves nothing to be desired and we have been able to enjoy a wonderful break. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, cozy retreat after strenuous hikes. Particularly beautiful was the lovingly landscaped garden, which is equipped with several places to stay. The house does not leave any wishes open including great views of the valley.

We loved our stay in Torfhaus. The house was well located and in beautiful surroundings. The area was perfect for our walks. The house was exactly as pictured; Cozy, clean, well decorated with great amenities. We had a great time! Only small downside was that the beds were very hard. They were nice, clean, and tidy, but unfortunately we didn't sleep very well because of the hardness. However, we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed both the house and area.
