Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

Our apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the village of Burgrain, directly on the golf course, and is characterised by its quiet location and a fantastic view of the Alps. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 people. You can linger on the spacious terrace and also barbecue in the summer.
