The accommodation (60m2) is located directly on the Dorfstraße in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Here's where you're in the middle of the area. The Therme St. Kathrein is right across the street. The bakery in the house offers fresh pastries. Ski lift and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment can accommodate 2-5 people with its living room and bedroom. It has a separate toilet and bathroom and from the living room you can access the loggia overlooking the mountains of St. Oswald.

Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, you are welcome to take some coffee or our home made herbal tea. A garage parking lot in the basement free to use. The spot is in the touristic area of Bad Kleinkirchheim: beautiful nature for hiking, cycling (road bikes as well as MTB trails), via ferrata, thermals etc. In the winter there are a several ski resorts and cross-country skiing trails.
