The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

A truly idyllic spot in a region that is far too little known, and where you can hike wonderfully. The holiday home is a typical "dacha" or garden house, surrounded by nature, absolutely quiet, with a veranda for sitting outside, a barbecue and extensive facilities. Lovingly furnished inside with everything you need (and fast internet!) Four-legged travel companions were also thought of and can feel comfortable (completely fenced property). Denise was always available via chat, everything on site worked like clockwork. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing place, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! With only one night we didn’t get a chance to relax or utilize the full house, but it was cozy and fully stocked for anything we could’ve needed — they truly thought of every detail. It was huge, we felt right at home, and you can’t beat the location in Alsfeld!

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. The check-in worked wonderfully, the communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

The stay at Sonja's was really perfect. The house is spacious and very cozy. We found everything we needed. There was even water and milk provided for us. There was still enough coffee. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. In the dining area at the large dining table, we started the day with a good breakfast and ended the evening with a convivial get-together. The bathroom also left nothing to be desired. There are plenty of sleeping places in the house, ideal for a family with children. Internet and TV worked great. Board games are available for exciting game nights. The terrace is very comfortable and quiet. The sauna is right next door, even though we didn't use it, it looked very inviting. There is an Italian restaurant in the area, which is highly recommended. All in all, perfect all around! Thank you for the friendly communication with Sonja and Kerstin!

We spent relaxed days in this super beautiful cottage and the idyllic natural garden. The cottage has been lovingly renovated, yet it has retained its old charm in many places. There is a lovely welcome package, which the children and our dog were very happy about. The area is super beautiful and interesting. There is a great nature reserve nearby and it is not far to Eisenach. The nearest shopping facility is only a few kilometres away in the next village. You can also have a great holiday in this house and in the surrounding area with a rather nervous animal welfare dog. There is plenty of space and tranquility for everyone. The people in the village are also very nice and understanding. You can start hiking directly from the house. There is a good information folder. Our children were thrilled with the warm down duvets and extra blankets, as the weather was cool on Pentecost. We can only recommend the Kaufmann family and their cottage! 😃

This was the perfect spot for my family to spend a couple of vacation days together. It far exceeded our expectations. Such a delightful place to stay - hope to stay there again someday!

Perfect hosts in the most beautiful district of Marburg. Drinks in the fridge, coffee and tea there. Absolutely allergy-friendly, with the best possible accommodation. We will always be happy to come back.

Schlitz is a stunning medieval town and this location is at its heart. Be prepared that our map technology cannot cope with medieval street layout though! I think this is an advantage but it may make it hard to find at first. Excellent to have easy parking and a tremendous host.

I had an all-round pleasant stay in this lovingly furnished apartment! Already upon arrival, I was delighted with the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities – everything was very clean, modern and decorated with great taste. There was nothing missing: from the fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed to small extras such as fast Wi-Fi and fresh bedding, everything was available. The location is also excellent: in the immediate vicinity there is a tegut, a bakery and a butcher – perfect for everyday needs, without long distances. Otherwise, the apartment is very well connected, so you can get everywhere quickly, whether by car, bike or public transport. I would like to highlight the host: extremely friendly, reliable and helpful! The communication was quick and straightforward, and I felt welcome and well cared for throughout.

Very nice, absolutely child-friendly house with great opportunities for activities - indoor and outdoor. My daughter, 2 years old, had a lot of fun. The apartment was nice and large, top equipped kitchen, new, clean bathroom. And here, too, every wish regarding children's equipment was implemented. Thank you! Communication with the hostess went smoothly, in advance there was some nice and helpful information that contributed to the anticipation of the stay. There is not much in the village itself, the accommodation is quiet, idyllically located. You definitely need a car if you want to look at something or would like fresh bread rolls in the morning (9 minutes by car). For example, we loved the wildlife park (4 minutes by car). A trip to Homberg is also very nice (13 minutes by car). All in all: if you are looking for peace and quiet and at the same time want to offer the children a great accommodation with many play opportunities, you are in the right place! Thank you!

Nice apartment, we felt very much at home. About 30 minutes to the city center on foot, beautiful bike path along the Fulda. Alex and Nils greeted us personally, even offered to pick us up from the train station and there were nice little touches in the apartment. Recommended! :)

The accommodation is perfectly divided for families: adjacent to the kitchen with a large dining room table is the sofa corner of the living room, so that cooking evenings can directly turn into a cosy get-together. In addition, the bedrooms are separate from this area, so that early risers are not disturbed by the night owls 😏 Together with the large play barn and the area with table football and table tennis, there is really something for young and old. Also, the fact that you can use the garden area behind the barn is awesome!! The accommodation was clean and inviting and the communication with Doris was flawless! She answered questions directly and is very accommodating and friendly, thank you for everything!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful residential area, the pretty apartment and that we could reach everything on foot. Such as the city centre, bakery, supermarket. We always got a parking space in the street. The Frauenberg Monastery, with a fantastic terrace overlooking Fulda, is only 15 minutes' walk away. On weekends, there is also a free shuttle from the city centre to here. We used this twice to get "home" faster. This was very handy. We recommend this place. The key box made it perfect for check-in.

A super lovely apartment. The highlight is the pool table. Very nice landlords, super accommodating with great communication!

Since I am physically impaired, I deliberately chose this apartment and made the right decision. All rooms and the bathroom were accessible without obstacles, clean and cosy. I immediately felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. The contact with the hosts was also very friendly and communicative. I would be happy to come back and will gladly recommend the apartment.

We were super satisfied and very happy to be guests. The outdoor area was also particularly beautiful. Everything as described, very nicely furnished:) Even a short-term change (my nephew came spontaneously) was no problem, thank you very much again:)

Petra is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really lovingly furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Three people can get along well here, if the narrow bathroom does not bother you. Earplugs could help, because the apartment is a bit noisy.
