The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

There is a kettle and of course a coffee maker...coffee and tea are also there...special requests are gladly fulfilled

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
