A beautiful cottage that invites you from the first moment, super well equipped, a warming stove for cold days, places to linger and dream. Great hikes along the lakes or to the peaks. A dream, a place to return to!

Our stay at this mountain retreat was truly out of this world! We were taken back by the views and serene surroundings. The place was not just stunning, but it also felt like home from the moment we arrived. The service was impeccable, and we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the host Kristina. Traveling with our 18-month-old, we found the accommodations to be family-friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

Our stay with Uli was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We loved the place from the start. It is really well prepared and decorated with a lot of love for detail everywhere. The location is absolutely perfect with the 1350 meters It is quiet and we were also allowed to experience a lot of snow up there, which has transformed the entire area around the property into a real romantic winter wonderland. Britt and Maikkel were really super great hosts. One evening there was also a meeting with drinks and snacks where you could get to know both the guests(there were only 2 other people with us) and the hosts both. A really nice idea. Our place was very clean and lovingly designed. There was everything you need. The terrace made a real look with sun and snow. The sauna area was also a highlight. Perfect for relaxing. There is plenty to explore in the area, whether summer or winter, there is always something to explore. We would come back!

The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.

We were a larger group, two generations, and it fit perfectly. The house is very spacious and cozy Everything is available for cooking and grilling. And there's something for every level of hiker. The area is beautiful. Absolutely recommend!

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. I can definitely recommend it to anyone, we'd love to come back :)

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!

A quiet, wonderful holiday in a totally idyllic location. Katharina was always super friendly and easy to reach. Those who love peace and quiet and still want to experience a lot around it are in very good hands in their mountain hut. We will be happy to come back!

Christian was a great host. I booked last minute and off season, but Christians reply was quick and welcoming. he was nice enough to heat up the cabin for me already in advance so the place was nice and warm when I arrived. the cabin itself Is comfortable with good beds/linnen etc, and all amenities are clean and well taken care off. surroundings are very nice, it's very quaint and peaceful, with a couple of good walks in the area that my dog enjoyed. there's a playground and other items for the kids as well so nice place to bring your kids too my only remark would trains pass up in the mountains regularly and toot their horn, reducing the otherwise complete serenity of the town. overall a great stay and would def recommend
