Directly from the house you can reach various hiking destinations on foot or explore the surrounding routes by mountain bike. The center of Bad Ischl can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Hallstatt is about 25 minutes away, the many lakes of the Salzkammergut can be reached in a few minutes by car. The various ski resorts are about 30 minutes by car.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
