In winter you profit from the near location to the ski run, you can reach the ski run from our house.

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa. It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

Our apartment is adjacent to our Boutiquehotel Lindenhof, situated only 5 minutes away from the Stubnerkogel cable car and slopes and 3 minutes from the Felsentherme spa. The spacious apartment has its own entrance. We offer hotel service (breakfast, sauna, ski room) on request! City tax € 4,80 per adult per day is obligatory. Please pay in cash at your arrival or departure ! Parking in the yard is € 9,- pre day, reservation is necessary.
