The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Seenland in Flachgau, in the town of Perwang am Grabensee; a 7-minute walk from the "Strandbad Perwang" and directly on the Grabensee circular trail. The accommodation is located in a quiet, beautiful nature reserve, and the Flachgau lakes (Grabensee, Mattsee, Obertrumersee) are just a few minutes away by bike or car. Whether it's a swimming, hiking or cycling vacation, the region offers something for everyone.

Our farm is located at the highest point of the municipality of Hörbich, so we can enjoy the view in three directions to the horizon. The Vierseithof has existed since 1657, has been renovated several times and is currently in good and clean condition (style: 70s), very historic It is divided into two houses, each with its own front door. The first floor of one of the houses is used for Airbnb (135 m²). Tourist tax has to be paid to the hostess.

In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable couch, that can be folded out to a large double bed (160 x 195). The smart TV with satellite connection in the living room allows you to log in to streaming services. The separate bedroom has a king size bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a ground-level shower.

Accommodation in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of a beautiful landscape with private entrance. It is a converted barn on a farm, which is mainly used for musical purposes. In addition to a large studio, there are 2 guest rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge (oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). On request, additional guests can be accommodated in the large studio or in the tiny house.

We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have mini pigs, sheep, chickens and cats. On our Aeral, there is a beautiful creek where you can take great creek hikes through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 meters away. Altötting is 5 minutes away, Munich is 45 minutes away and the mountains are about 1 hour away by car.
