We stayed for the second time and would definitely book again. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and the bed is super comfy. In good weather, the balcony invites you to linger. The location is super central yet very quiet, as the apartment is located in a side street. We received information in advance about how to get there and check in, totally simple and straightforward. Nice and friendly hosts.

Very nice stay with excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped home. Quiet, private neighborhood. Mostly walkable but need to know that the restaurants or stores are 15-20 minute walks and you will be walking up hill to return to the house. If you drive to the home it has good parking available next to the home. We are an active family and chose to walk everywhere so the home was great for us. We also chose to eat at home so we found the kitchen perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this home!

My husband and I spent a week in Marion's beautiful, cozy apartment. Very well equipped, spacious kitchen, large bed with good mattress. Indescribably beautiful view of the lake! You can't get enough of it! Marion and her husband are super nice and gave us many tips for activities in the area. A car is not bad for shopping, but everything was also easily accessible with our bicycles. Thank you for the relaxing days, dear Marion!

We liked it very much in the apartment - the location is very great for excursions and you can walk to the town. We received good tips on food from Julia. Thank you for everything - also that we were able to check in an hour earlier.

We stayed one night in this beautiful spot. Antonina greeted us very warmly and was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, cozy, and as described. The location is super nice in the middle of nature and perfect for relaxation. Definitely recommend.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos – cozy and you immediately feel at home. It has everything you need: from pots to dishes to spices, you can find everything here. The location of the apartment is great! It is close to thermal baths, large cities such as Passau or Salzburg, and there are many opportunities for walks. Elisabeth as a host was very accommodating and always quick and friendly with questions. Under the apartment, she runs her own tavern, where you can eat very tasty and at a good price-performance ratio. We really enjoyed the few days we were able to spend here and would love to come back! We would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again and best regards from us.

Beautifully decorated and renovated apartment in the City plaza, with beautiful views. Had all the mentioned amenities. Host was responsive and friendly. Guided for correction of number of guests as it effects city tax collection. Good area to enjoy natural beauty though a bit far from Lakes and big cities, so personal transport is must if you are planning to visit.

The apartment is really great, has very good amenities - everything was thought of :-). The house is very quiet and the apartment offers a lot of privacy. We especially liked the fantastic, sunny terrace with great views. Very nice reception with a delicious, culinary garden greeting. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you!

Patrick & Kerstin's apartment was great. Very spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen invites you to cook yourself. You sleep peacefully and have no noise from traffic or anything else. The hosts live in the same house on the upper floor, but you have your privacy thanks to your own front door. There is also something for children.

Modern, lovingly and well-equipped apartment with a great view of the Alps (in clear visibility). Parking right outside the front door. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Helena is a super friendly and great host. Always easy to reach and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice apartment, quiet area. Very good amenities, you have everything you need. Very comfortable bed and overall design very aesthetic with good taste. Kitchen like at home, with toaster and coffee machine. Large balcony with comfortable chairs. We enjoyed the time even though we were there on business. Anja is punctual, helpful and professional. The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every cent - a feel-good oasis for large groups too! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Angelina was very easy to reach and always helped immediately if we had any questions. It couldn't have been better overall!

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)

We were there over the weekend with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. The spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was especially great for the children. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. The communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an extra blanket, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and packed with thoughtful amenities — including a hot tub our kids absolutely loved. The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, but what truly made the stay special was the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with a lovely breakfast and treats for the whole family. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out- Highly, highly recommend!
