Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! The entrance to the apartment leads through a staircase. The apartment is located in a rural area 5 minutes by car from Wasserburg am Inn. There is private parking right in front of the apartment.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The room has a double bed (160x200), 50 inch FullHD TV (incl. Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas. Parking is right in front of our Haus.
