Apartment for max. four people in an absolutely quiet location. The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. You live in the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only a garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

A vacation home that leaves little to be desired. In the evening, read a nice book by the tiled stove or on the terrace, if you like, go to the corner sauna and then to the hot tub.
