Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.

The villa is located in a quiet area: the industrial and harbor district. It is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Not to be missed is the villa directly opposite the FC Twente stadium and Kinepolis cinema. The city center of Enschede is just a short bike ride away, and the train station is within walking distance.
