Very nice place to stay in an idyllic location. Clean and cozy. Maria is a super helpful and lovely hostess. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend Holy Week with our boys (7 and 11) in this wonderful place and are all equally enthusiastic. The location is as unique as the warm hospitality of Tobias and Andrea. The apartment is wonderfully cozy and well appointed. The local opportunities alone are so diverse that there is certainly no boredom. Particularly impressive is how the Lexhaller family succeeded in combining the old and the new and designing everything in terms of sustainability. Rarely has the accommodation alone offered such a recreational value. A place for bonfire moments in an increasingly fast and crazy world. Thanks, Andrea. Tobias and Marie!

Good location and pleasant arrival, many excursion options easily accessible by car from there. Very relaxing stay, the hosts are very friendly, overall we enjoyed the stay very much

Great place.. amazing view and walkable to the lake and groceries nearby. Convenient parking. You wouldnt feel like leaving the apartment given the beautiful and calm surrounding. Kitchen was also well fitted and beds were comfortable.

The apartment is very easy to find and central. Apartment is corresponding to the description and you have enough space. I found the flexible check-in to be positive.

Clear instructions, keyless access. Great for a large group of guests. Great land, covered parking. A little access to the garage. Arriving to the "dry foot" pool. At the pool, more people, but perfect for relaxing after lysing. The cable car is very close, across the street, easily accessible. In case of any doubt, express communication with the host. We look forward to your next stay.

We had the pleasure of staying in the apartment for five nights. The owners were super friendly and very responsive. The apartment is conveniently located near a parking spot provided by the owners—a fantastic service! While it could be occasionally noisy outside, the sound didn’t carry inside, which was great. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and shops. I’d highly recommend it!

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house! The pictures don't do it justice, because it's much nicer and cosier in real-life. Awesome rooms, comfy beds, a hotel-like sauna in the basement—we really didn't wanna leave. The hosts, Monika and her husband were really lovely—always available, kind and helpful, and they really made our stay even better. As we were late coming in on our first day, we went skiing for a couple of hours in Eben (a couple of minutes by car from the house) and ended up skiing most days there (instead of Flachau, which was out intended destination). All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommended. It extremely spacious, too—it hosted two families of 8 people in total, no problem. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year 😀

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026. We had a wonderful week at Annemarie's! A great vacation home, lovingly prepared, sparkling clean and cozy. The children loved the children's room and the many play opportunities in the yard and garden. Beautiful large balcony, great terrace, the sheep visited us regularly. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Waging or the Alps. We didn't miss anything and Annemarie and Martin are very warm and attentive hosts. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

Very nice place to stay with a fantastic pool and sauna next to it. Beautiful garden. In the basement still table tennis and much more to linger the bad weather. Jacuzzi is in the garden and we did not use it as the garden was shared with the landlords and we lacked privacy. The amenities in the house are not the newest, but everything is there, clean and in good condition. We will be happy to come back.

Peaceful location away from the city. Maxi (the cat) was a great host – stood guard not allowing other cats in the house and even brought us a tiny mouse as a present. We didn't realize it at first, but there is also a hedgehog living somewhere in the garden – it comes at night and loudly eats from the cat's bowl outside Mind the shop's working hours. It's open at 6-13 Monday - Friday, 6-12 Saturday and 7-10 Sunday
