New, cozy, very bright and open attic apartment near the lake. Separate entrance, kitchen, bedroom and balcony. Lake Wolfgang is within walking distance in just 5 minutes (Abersee Naturbadestrand). The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung in hübschem Ausseer Haus mit sonniger Veranda und großem Garten. Die komfortable Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock einer alten Ausseer Villa und liegt ruhig und zentral in einer Promenade. Sie umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, ein Durchgangszimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Badewanne) und eine für die Region typische Veranda.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Salzburg is reachable in about 35 Min. by car. Really interesting trips (Sightseeing, cultural events...) and many sports (sailing, hiking, riding, swimming, ..) are possible.

We are proud of our apartment "RESL" which was newly built and completed in June 2022. It is quietly located, fully equipped and lovingly furnished. Ideal starting point for hikes and as a starting point for trips to St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl - our imperial city, Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, Salzburg, various lakes, etc.
