A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. Your hosts: Joy and Pierre, Belgian-Filipino couple. The Joy's garden guesthouse, a spacious separate building (60 sqm) located in the owner’s garden, is quietly located on the heights of Bacong, and more precisely in the Barangay Soludpan.

The Mezzanine - Descansa, Dauin

“The Mezzanine” is located above our cafe. Wake up to a view of the sea from the Masters. This has two rooms connected by a common area; The Masters has a king size and a single bed while the other room has 2 single beds.

Ziva’s Crib

Ziva’s Crib is located in Bulak, Dauin. It is 20minutes from Dumaguete City and about 5minutes to Dauin town proper. Dauin is famous for scuba diving with many divers shops for dive packages to Apo Island.
