Holiday rentals with a patio in Bacoli

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Maurizios Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat eine große Terrasse, ist sehr sauber und renoviert. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie nette Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist etwas laut und ein paar Mal die Woche hört man abends Musik, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gerichtet und mit Fenster zu haben die Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage aber die Räume sind schön kühl und wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und für jedes Bedürfnis bereit entgegen zu kommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Ischia sehr genossen!

Camera ordinata e pulita, posizione perfetta per visitare Sant' Angelo, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili e siamo stati nella assoluta tranquillità, host reattivo e flessibile sul check-in, un' esperienza da rifare.

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Alloggio di Italo e Gino si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico di spaccaNapoli e i quartieri spagnoli. Questo ci ha facilitato a girare la città anche la metro' è poco lontana. Per chi arriva in treno è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'appartamento molto comodo e pulito la cucina è essenziale. Le foto sono veritiere. Lo consiglio.

Luigi and Elena were so proactive in checking with us to make sure everything was going alright. We were a little apprehensive about the location because of some previous guest’s remarks, but my daughter and I had no issues with the location going around Naples from the apartment and we were there for 4 nights.

Fabio had been a wonderful host, responsive, friendly and helpful. Our space was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. It was the best sleep I had on our trip to Italy. Waking up to have coffee on the terrace and take in the morning sun was a highlight of the trip. Looking forward to the next trip to Italy, definitely will be making a stop in Torre De Greco.

소렌토 근처 숙박 원하시는 렌트카 여행자들께 추천해요. 실내가 생각보다 조금 좁긴 하지만, 마당도 넓고 뷰가 좋아서 개방감이 좋아요. 침구도 깨끗하고 편안하고, 레노베이션된 화장실이 특히 마음에 들었어요. 다음에 또 오고 싶어요. 한국인들에게 추천합니다.

The place was quite beautiful and comfortable. Viviana was responsive and helpful regarding various questions. The amenities (body gel and shampoo) are a bit limited so its important to ask directly.

1 semaine à Naples seule avec mon fils de 11 ans. Mon séjour chez Carmen s’est très bien passé, même si nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de nous rencontrer, elle a été disponible et a pris régulièrement des nouvelles pour savoir si tout allait bien avec le logement. L’appartement est idéalement situé, de nombreuses lignes de bus partent de la place dans toutes les directions. Et même à pieds, les trajets se font très bien, 15 min de la place Garibaldi, 15 min du musée archéologique et du centre historique. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec tout le confort pour se sentir comme chez soi. Et il est agencé avec goût, fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. Je recommande vivement

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

House so nice,clean,modern,luxury. when look outside of building little but scared. but don't worry Mr. Constantino he will bring you the palace. he so kind, looks napoli gangsta but so warm and goodman. very good explain for Napoli. house also just front of supermarket. pizza. tram, metro to center napoli. near house everything under control by his name. hope next time Napoli 100% back to here. add/ metro station you can buy inside metro. bcuz there is no ticket machine, so controller give you ticket without penalty. 지하철역 바로앞, 슈퍼바로앞, 음식점들 가깝고 나폴리 조금 외곽 동네는 거시기해보이지만 그냥 일반주민들 오래된동네라 서로 다들 아는지인들 아저씨집주인 인상과달리 겁나 착함 지하철(기차역처럼 생김) 안에서 타면 매표원이 와서 표끊어줍니다. 발권기없는 역이라 페널티 안물고 그냥 기본 요금 카드나 현금 가능

Stefano ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Angekommen in Sorrent holte er mich sofort ab am Bahnhof und brachte mich auch dort beim Abschied wieder hin, was eine tolle Erleichterung war! Alles super leicht mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen, da der Bahnhof 5 Minuten entfernt liegt. ( ich habe mir für manche Tage einen Roller gemietet, für ein Auto finde ich es in Sorrent etwas zu durcheinander) Stefano kümmert sich mit Liebe um den Garten, ich selber Gärtner kann bestätigen, dass der Garten viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt und alles was schön ist auch Aufmerksamkeit benötigt! Darum sieht der Garten auch so gepflegt aus! Sprecht mit Stefano ab, wann es für euch passt und wann eher nicht, dann stört die Gartenarbeit auch nicht:) alles in allem ist das grüne Herz in Sorrent zu empfehlen!!

The photos don't do justice to the apartment: we were impressed how large the place was. The place was tidy all over and everything functioned well. It was also apparently quite sound-proof: we couldn't here the noise of the traffic nor even of the nearby airport. We chose the listing because of its location: we had a late arrival and an early departure - the short (9 min) walk from and to the aiport was a relief! The instructions on how to arrive and make a check-in were very clear and everything went smoothly. The only bad thing is that to get around Naples you have to rely on the buses of city's terrible public transport system. Every morning we waited for 20-35 minutes on Viale Maddalena (and we had checked the bus schedules beforehand from both Google maps and ANM & EAV web sites)...on return in the evening though the EAV buses departed from Stazione EAV Porta Nolana according to the schedules. All in all, we were really happy choosing Alessandra's place and would stay again!

Labai gera vieta! Pačioje Neapolio širdy. Labai malonus ir svetingas šeimininkas Corrado- pasitiko, apgyvendino, vaišino. Kiekvieną dieną rūpinosi, ar viskas gerai. Rekomendavo, ką aplankyt ir paragaut. Jei jums reikės taxi, geriausia prašyt, kad užsakytų šeimininkai, nes bus pigiau nei organizuotis patiems. REKOMENDUOJU RINKTIS APSISTOTI TIK ČIA, jei vyksite į Neapolį 🙂

Unsere Anfrage für die Unterkunft kam sehr kurzfristig. Trotzdem hat alles super geklappt und war perfekt vorbereitet. Super netter Kontakt, sehr gute und einfache Kommunikation. Für uns war sogar ein Tisch im Restaurant gegenüber reserviert, nachdem wir bei unserer Anfrage nach einer Empfehlung zum Essen gehen gebeten hatten. Das Appartement liegt an einer belebten Straße. Allerdings geht der Balkon nach hinten raus und man hat von dort einem schöne Blick auf den Vesuv. Zentral gelegen und gut für Unternehmungen in der Nähe.

Buena ubicación, queda en piano di Sorrento que está a 2 estaciones en metro de Sorrento o 30 minutos caminando, se puede ir caminando y disfrutar de las vistas. Eso sí, te cobran un impuesto de 4 euros por persona por cada día que te quedes ahí, es algo a tener en cuenta y se tiene que pagar en efectivo.

Great place, really comfortable for 5 people, bigger than in photos! It has all the equipment we needed. Really clean and good location. Felt very secure:)

From the moment of booking to the end, Giacomo was always communicative and helpful, providing recommendations, being flexible with check-in (we were late 😅), and even sourcing an adapter for UK-EU for us mid-stay. Giacomo provided a warm welcome, and even groceries (fresh fruits, coffee for the coffee machine, bread, eggs, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice...!) so that we didn't have to source breakfast! Giacomo's flat was beautiful, lovely and clean, and clearly cared for. He also let us use his netflix (which, a couple of times, we did 😁). Lastly, the parking arrangement if you have a car is also super! We strongly recommend staying here👍 thanks Giacomo - it was a treat! 👌

Endroit très sympathique et bien situé.. lit et cuisine adaptés tout etait très bien

Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !
