Had a great stay at Rivero Transient house! Julie was super nice and was always helpful. She even give details about tourist spots that we wanted to go to. The house is really nice and peaceful, lots of amenities we enjoyed, specially the karaoke! The only thing we had an issue with was the indoor stove was broken so we had to cook outside and the outdoor grill was rusted so we didn't get to use it.

It’s a great place for a big group of people but not for seniors who may be having some achy joints trying to get out of bed since it’s all on the floor, the AC isn’t very strong. I’ll definitely take my guys friends here if they want to learn how to surf since there is some good waves and instructors nearby the place.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this accommodation! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived. The space was generous, providing plenty of room to relax and move around without feeling cramped. The location was also a major plus—very accessible and convenient, making it easy to get around. The place was so nice, a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay with our family and relatives, so peaceful and comfortable place. Very nice HOME to stay esp. staying at Cabana and kids enjoyed their jacuzzi pool as well. We enjoyed cooking with their complete kitchen utensils, griller and enjoyed their ice maker with our halo halo., PERFECT! Leandro, the host and the owner is so nice as well, he respond to all our inquiries. He is so considerate also. The caretaker Russel also is so nice. Thanks Manilokanos HOME!💕

She is very responsive and very prompt service. We requested for bathroom mats and replacement rice cooker and both were delivered fast and quick by her sister. The 3 bedrooms have a/c except the grand areas. Peaceful and helpful neighborhood.

This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

Love the place and location! Not near any supermarket but they have several sari sari stores around the area, they also have a pool you can swim at if you don’t want to go to the beach. They accommodated us with our request of late check out as well! Place was spacious and quiet, and when it came to our requests, they would immediately attend to us. Place is 10 minute tricycle ride away from San Juan Beach but there are tricycles passing by. Recommend this place!! Definitely will book again if planning to come back to LU.

Nice place to stay

Everything was perfect!i had my golden retriever with me and the owner was really friendly and nice to my furbaby.He was accomodated and accepted without any strict restrictions.the place was in the middle of everything,market,restaurants and also very quiet and cozy place. I did even managed to work since wifi connection is really good.kitchen has everything else you need.we had a fun and relaxing stay overall,great value of money and time and will definitely come back.thank you po Sir🙏

Such a cozy and wonderful stay! I had the best time staying here with my cat. The place was super cozy and perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and the ambiance was just so inviting. The highlight of the experience was definitely the host – she was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. I felt truly taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with amazing hospitality!

Loved our stay. Burt little home was spotless, smelled nice and was accessible and quite far from the busy area of San Juan. Troy was very responsive and provided us with a detailed guidebook. What I loved most was the flow of natural light in the house. Big plus, it’s pet friendly. Would love to go back.

We had a fantastic stay at Liza’s place! The house was incredibly spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms—one with its own bathroom, and the other two sharing a well-maintained restroom. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for our group to relax, bond, and enjoy meals together. Outside, there was plenty of parking space, outdoor benches for lounging, and even a BBQ area which is great if you’re planning to grill. It’s a great setup for groups or families looking to unwind and spend quality time. Liza was also very accommodating and even helped us get drinking water during our stay, which we truly appreciated. We had a restful and enjoyable vacation, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in La Union! Highly recommended!

Just went there few days ago, and I must say it was a beautiful place to stay. If you want a quiet, not crowded or private place in Elyu, hands down this would be the one. Tita Marge is very patient & responsive with my queries (even I went to the place a bit early😅). Plus the beachfront.. If you want the sunset, it's all yours promise. Well be back soon. the food? ang sarap as in. 🥰
