A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with seating and you can enjoy the km-wide distant view from here.

Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

The private bathroom is located opposite in the hallway. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.
