On the garden floor of a completely renovated detached house from the 1930s, a granny apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and views into the garden. South side. Bettina lives with her children on the floor above and is therefore always available for questions. Old building = you can hear us. Located 5 minutes' walk from Backnang train station, in the city center and despite everything small, quiet neighboring street (play street). Quiet one-room apartment

From this centrally located accommodation you are in 10 minutes walking to the outdoor swimming pool and wellness bath Wonnemar, as well as the recreation area Plattenwald and great bike paths along the river Murr. The bus is only 2 minutes walking distance and leads directly through downtown to the train station. The house is at the highest point in a quiet residential area and has a great foresight and is very bright and with just under 40 sqm very spacious. You can wash clothes for a small fee

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

Arrive, be amazed. Meet Birgit. A soul of a person. The whole house is just like that: with soul. In a word, the tree house apartment is: healing for everyday life. Birgit's welcome was so warm, open and sincere. You rarely experience that. Did me good. The apartment is a special place. We were able to switch off immediately, breathing became calmer, deeper. A weekend that will resonate for a long time. Birgit is always very easy to reach, in person or in writing. You can rely on them, that's just great. In the apartment there is everything you need. Birgit also provided us with a lot of filtered water, milk, coffee... a great selection of spices, vinegar, oil... Great! Thanks again for everything, we'll be back.

Quiet and spacious country house apartment near the city

We highly recommend this place, it is close to Backnang, in a quiet area. Albert and Tosci's apartment is very large ( bigger than in the photos), very well equipped, and impeccably clean. Tosca was in touch with us all the time and we felt very cared for. We were with a 1 year old and there was a crib in the apartment, along with linens, and there is a bathtub and a high chair, so it's very convenient for traveling with children.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. Great the large roof terrace and the quiet location. The welcome gesture with sparkling wine, fruit and chocolate was particularly nice. And Klaus was always available and immediately took care of a remedy when there was a brief problem with the Wi-Fi. If we come to Heilbronn again, we'd love to stay here again.
