It was a suitable accommodation for a business trip for 4 people.

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

Adult5 Child3 On a trip with three generations It was a very suitable accommodation!! The swimming pool was very clean and the purification facilities It worked well. The air conditioner worked well in every room. Cleaning and towel replenishment were also good for consecutive nights. I have a plan to revisit!!

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

Now I'm back at home in Korea ~ If you tell me to tell you about the most memorable memories in Vietnam, I want to say that it was 10 hours in coucou. I rested comfortably, and I was so sorry that my child took off and played in the private pool for hours as much as peed on the bed, and couldn't go to the bathroom. ^ ^ The day of check-in is the day of departure, so thank you again for being considerate so that I could rest at the accommodation in the early hours. My elderly parents and my family were touched by the kindness and consideration, and in the spirit of service to guests (I knew I left my phone at the airport, so I contacted them, and they came to the airport) x 1000. I think I'll ask my acquaintances who go to Vietnam around me to see if they can make a reservation at coucou first. Thank you so much, and you were so impressed. The owner continues to thrive, and it's the number one accommodation when visiting Da Nang soon ~

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

We had such a lovely 2-night stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment. The location is perfect, right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, super close to the city center and easy to get around. The sea view was stunning, and the full-glass balcony made everything feel so open and refreshing. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. 😋 The host and co-host were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Enmy, who was so supportive and welcoming during our check-in. Everything was well-prepared and clean when we arrived. My bf and I truly enjoyed the time here - it felt so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely come back here for our next trip to Da Nang!💕💕

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

I had an excellent stay at Nhu’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Nhu was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect, close to great local spots and easy to get around. Everything we needed was provided, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Nhu’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Beautiful apartment in a brand new building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that worked well and balcony. Bathroom was great and hot water and AC was perfect. Very very spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

We had an amazing stay and Shine was a great host! It is literally across the road from the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars close by and within walking distance. There is a lovely sea view from the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The infinity pool was great and had wonderful views. This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
