Our two dog girls are happy about petting units and are dear roommates (for dog allergy sufferers or people with fear of dogs our accommodation is unfortunately not suitable). Apartment is on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is decorated in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Nearby outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medical and museum of concrete art). Audi AG plant not far. The guest is welcomed and guided, help at any time possible from neighboring rooms.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The design takes up elements of the original "rural" development of Niederstimm. Bike paths are available and lead idyllically across the country. Local transport connection via bus is also available. Ingolstadt Central Station (20 minutes to Munich) is about 3 km away
