In the port of Lauterbach you can buy fresh Baltic fish directly from the net every day from the local fishermen and also take tours with the regularly operating excursion boats. The picturesque landscape around the residential city of Putbus offers numerous opportunities for extensive bike tours, walks and hikes. Many other sights of the island of Rügen can be reached in a few minutes by car. Our vacation home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² vacation home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

From our house it is only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². The property has many of Lubmin's typical pine trees. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only a 5 minute walk. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.
