Stunning seashore studio - step out to the beach

Spacious studio with direct access to the beach and uninterupted views of the bay and Holy Isle (no traffic). The studio is within a secluded end of the road seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birders. The host is a local artist and conservationist who helped create the Arran Marine Protected Area and has good holiday tips.

Perfect base for those without a car as walking distance to centre. 7 miles from Royal Troon golfcourse and 15 miles to Turnberry.

Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Kirkbrae is a beautiful victorian granite house, hosting guest accommodation which consists of a private area within the main house, including a bedroom, private bathroom and sitting area.
