This stone setting on 2 levels, entirely designed and renovated by Joël and Françoise, with great taste, mixing solid and contemporary wood in the comfort and optimization of spaces. You will enjoy its freshness in summer, its gentle warmth in the cold of winter, in absolute calm; with terrace and private garden. Private swimming pool, open on request from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., shared with the guest room and the owners.

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated old wine cellar (artist's house). You will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to the large breakfast table, its fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its beds in the bedroom or mezzanine (1 m under the ceiling). In summer, you will enjoy the terrace and its kitchen with plancha. Access to the heated pool, by common courtyard, between June 1 and September 15.

20 minutes from the Futuroscope and close to the town center of Vouillé in a quiet and wooded area. L'Orée des buis is a 46 m² cottage with independent entrance, single-story, for 2-4 people. An equipped kitchen with its dining area open to the living room with its armchair and sofa bed that converts to a 140 X 190 bed. A bedroom with a 140×190 bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION! We welcome each tenant in person. So we ask all our dear tenants to kindly announce their arrival time in advance and to keep us informed on D-Day at least 30 minutes before.
