Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Der ehemalige Stammsitz einer Hoteliersfamilie wurde von den Erben mit viel Respekt vor der alten Bausubstanz und Geschichte renoviert, bis zu 7 Erwachsene finden ein Zuhause auf Zeit. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem großzügigen Erdgeschoss mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC und Wohnzimmern - ein Doppelbett und eine komfortable Schlafcouch bieten Ruhe und Komfort. Im 2. OG sind weitere Schlafzimmer samt Bad und WC - das EG kann separat gemietet werden, das OG nur als Einheit mit dem EG.

Old half-timbered house with newly renovated apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom with double bed. In the living room, a sofa bed (1 m X 1.90 m) for another guest. Wi-Fi available. The apartment is bright and quiet. Only for guests, no shared apartment, no shared common rooms. Stair lift available, but the entrance door has two steps without a ramp.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

The apartment is the ideal base for cycling, hiking or enjoying life "far from the madding crowd". Bedroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower. And the kitchen has everything you need for a short or long stay (coffee included ;-)).

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in the Weser Uplands. The apartment is open plan and comprises about 45 square meters with stylish furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. To the left of the bathroom is a small walk-in closet for your utensils. In about 400 m you can already reach the R99 bike path on the Weser. Shopping facilities are about 150 m away right around the corner.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.
