Monthly Rentals in Avondale

I never expected to be in such a wonderful cottage with all basic amenities and utensils and that too right on the water front. It was an amazing place with lovely view. Host was so cooperative and responsive. Felt at home. I am really grateful to Jason Elysia for hosting us in such a warm way. Place is highly recommended and I have already booked it again. Keep it up and bravo. Thank you once again

Todd was so helpful and responsive during our stay. His place was peaceful and quiet with a large backyard, great Firepit area, and hot tub! The community has an amazing park for kids and it’s close to the ocean and hiking trails.

Me the wife and our dogs had a lovely weekend get away at the lobster pods, offered a cozy and rustic stay in a semi private lot very close to all amenities of the surrounding communities, would reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a cozy, peaceful, pet friendly spot less then an hour outside of St.John's. with anything you could possibly need within a 5-10 minute drive!! The bed was comfortable the space was clean and you have E&E just down the road what more could you want!!

We stayed at the Barn on the Dock Ridge for 4 nights, and it was a marvelous and healing visit. Our host Fouad was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The location is in the picturesque and serene seaside community of Avondale, with nearby trails, stores and other fascinating site to see. One trail brought us out to a lighthouse on the tip of a small peninsula, whereas one of the local markets makes and sells homemade ice cream! Not to miss is Wood Pizza NL, which as foodies, set a new and highest standard for wood fired pizza for us! Absolutely mouth-watering! Fouad will have all the details! We were only about 35 minutes from St. John's, which we visited our first two days for shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, time with friends. The last day, however, we chose to remain on location and it was a dreamy and heavenly retreat. Fouad was a most gracious host throughout, and I will be highly recommending this location to my friends and family.
