Ideally located on the Alsace wine route, in a small cul-de-sac, this cute little maisonette, which you can guess the end date of 1500 engraved in the corner of the half-timbering, is one of the oldest in the village. Always well maintained, the house of François SCHWEITZER's family has been renovated several times over the years. The 90 m2 apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and has a separate entrance. Very well equipped, it offers you 3 beautiful rooms. Its location is ideal since it is only a few minutes walk to the city center and the train station, which will allow you to reach Strasbourg in less than 15 minutes. We provide you with a car garage and a bike storage room. You will also be very close to all amenities (cinema, bowling, supermarkets, highway access...)
