We stayed two nights in the wonderfully quiet cottage of Rosa and her brother,on the way to Portugal. It was just right, for a breather in absolute peace and beautiful nature. It was all very clean,a comfortable bed,we were greeted kindly and then we had complete privacy. A small supermarket in the village is within walking distance,where you get the essentials. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Staying in a house rehabilitated with so much taste and comfort, far from the city and the rush, offered us to be able to disconnect and enjoy as much as we had dreamed as a couple. Away from the village of Barco de Ávila enough to not be any obstacle approach shopping, eating or visiting the town and enjoying staying in the middle of the sierra in complete tranquility and intimacy.

Mercedes' house I give it 5 stars because it can't be given more, there was no lack of detail. We spent a family weekend and we have been at home, the children had a thousand and a game to play both inside and outside the house, the kitchen was super complete with all kinds of utensils and spices, in general all the stays super well, the patio with good weather you have no waste, even TV has! Mercedes very attentive before arrival and provided us with tronas and baby cots. Conclusion if we return to the area we will definitely return to this house, because we loved it!

We spent a few fantastic days as a family. We already knew the place and we still like it a lot. It is a spacious, inviting space with wonderful views and sunsets. Highly recommended.

Very nice and spacious apartment, clean, tidy. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, dining room table, terrace. The heating is excellent. The old town is cozy.

Due to construction in the city we had trouble getting to the accommodation. Marta came to join us by car because we were blocked which is super nice of her! The apartment is very nice, everything was spotlessly clean. Marta is very considerate and available, in short a great stay in Avila.

Excellent location, beautiful view from a large terrace, very quiet and safe building. Walking distance to all the attractions. Good lay out of the apartment. Many cafes and shops close to the apartment. Great Roman church just opposite the entrance. Beautiful view from the kitchen table :)

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. Very centrally-located and beautiful accommodation

The apartment is even better than the description, the comfortable beds, comfortable sofas, noises, the temperature of the house with 37 on the amazing street without the need for aa. There was no shortage of details, the three new bathrooms and especially if you're going with people with very limited mobility, it's super comfortable to have the bathroom and the room adapted, spacious spaces for the wheelchair... The development in a very quiet and beautiful place, and the pool is great too...we hope to be able to repeat

The stay was great. From the first moment Concha was in contact with me giving me all the details. She is a great lady. The ideal place to rest and be in contact with nature. The pool great and have parking also sum dots. Nice to have spent a few days there and looking forward to repeat
