The apartment is very cozy,clean and comfortable, the kitchen with everything you need, the fireplace came great because it rained most of the time, it is very close to the swamp, where we took a walk through the forest and sat by the shore to enjoy the landscape,Walter was very attentive to give us the necessary directions, he would certainly repeat.

Lugar tranquil, in the middle of nature to disconnect and do activities in the surroundings (on foot of the swamp of San Juan). The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, just like the photos. Unbeatable value. The host has provided us with information of all kinds ( restaurants, where to shop, directions, activities to do...) she has also solved any questions that have arisen from us, responding quickly. The apartment has complimentary products ( coffee, oil, spices of all kinds, infusions, cleaning products for any type of surface, towels, hair dryer, hygiene products...). It has heating electric radiators, paraffin stove, decorative fireplace with heat emission, air conditioning. The terrace is not missing detail, ideal both day and night. The lighting of the house and spectacular terrace.Recommable 100%. We will definitely return as it has been a very rewarding 4 day stay.

The house is spectacular, with beautiful views and with everything you need to spend a great few days. The house is very neat and clean. The owners were very attentive and gave us clear instructions to get there and about the operation of the place. I can't find any sticks to this house. I hope we can come back.

The house is exactly as described. The house is modern and the plot is very beautiful. Total intimacy and with the necessary amenities. Stunning views. The only one would be that there is little kitchenware, like pots and pots, and since there are no restaurants nearby, you end up eating almost always at home.

The stay was great. The site is super well located in downtown San Martin. Just a detail, if you are in a car the street is quite narrow and at first it is a little difficult to find. When the first arrives I had a little problem finding the street and then tucking the cart. But after you get used to it it's not a big problem. Overall, I recommend the stay. The apartment is great, and although it is small the three floors are nicely laid out.

Staying in a house rehabilitated with so much taste and comfort, far from the city and the rush, offered us to be able to disconnect and enjoy as much as we had dreamed as a couple. Away from the village of Barco de Ávila enough to not be any obstacle approach shopping, eating or visiting the town and enjoying staying in the middle of the sierra in complete tranquility and intimacy.

Everything is perfect, spacious with everything you need, and communication with the owner will be very well, recommended without a doubt.

We were very comfortable ,warm ,the beds are clean and comfortable. The place with spectacular views,the host at all times was very good communication,there were fluorescent fused and as soon as I communicated it they came to change them , the only thing is that there are photos of there is a billiard and American foosball and there is no one that Miguel Ángel told me that he had broken ,but we have to remove the photos from the ad ,for everything else in general very good!!
