Esta vivenda com piscina coberta de água aquecida durante todo o ano (30 a 32 graus), encontra-se numa zona calma, no meio da natureza entre a ria de Aveiro e a praia da Torreira-oceano Atlântico, um "paraíso" que nos contempla com uma paisagem incrível. Está localizada a 500 mts da ria, a 600 do mar e a 600 do centro da Torreira. Esta pequena vila bastante acolhedora dispõe de vários serviços como, supermercados, padarias, farmácia, parque infantil, restaurantes com gastronomia local, bares.

Casa da Encosta

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Great-grandfather Brandão's House

Casa Brandão was built by our gran grandfather Frederico Brandão in 1904 and is located nearby the river beach of Burgães in Vale de Cambra. In the proximities of the house begins 2 walking routes and a bicycle route on the banks of the river Caima. Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.

Casa dos Avós

Casa dos Avós is located in the village of Vouzela. It is a villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for meals, a living room with a balcony and a garage for the car. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. In the back of the house, there is a small swimming pool with a garden and a pergola. It is a very cozy outdoor space to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. In the pergola, you can have meals in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Luis' house, completely renovated, in a quiet location, is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. It sleeps 5 people. Composed of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with private bathroom, both with air-conditioning and satellite TV channels, stove in the kitchen and air-conditioning in the living room, toilet, laundry room, terrace and garage. Casa das Santiagas is located in the municipality of Arouca, in the district of Aveiro, in a calm and quiet area, far from the confusion of the big centers. It is 35 minutes from the city of Porto, with most of the route is by highway, and has free parking. In the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 7 days, bookable from Saturday to Saturday. It is a good option for a vacation with family or friends, and pets are also welcome.
