In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

Downtown Shelter (Casa da Praça) it's an apartment located in the heart of Aveiro’s center. Five minutes walking will take you to the main points of interest: the Ria, the Museums, Bars and Restaurants, the “Art Nouveaux” buildings, the typical streets of Beira-Mar, the Saltworks, the “Ovos-moles” (traditional sweet). You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
