Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Studio en rez-de-chaussée au cœur d'une ville thermale. Parking gratuit à proximité. Proche de tous commerces. Le studio peut accueillir deux personnes (vrai lit 140cm) et possède de nombreux équipements (machine à café, micro-onde, four, réfrigérateur, plaque gaz ainsi que de nombreux ustensiles cuisine). Salle de bain avec douche, WC séparé. Draps et serviettes de bain fournis. Nombreux villages et sites à découvrir aux alentours (Belcastel, Conques, Peyrusse-le-Roc ...)

The Coquelicot gîte 4 stars, is accessible by a wooden staircase which leads to a large south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the swimming pool, the Château de Bournazel and the rolling Aveyron countryside in the background. The cottage is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The cottage has a private outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the castle: To share: heated swimming pool (closed from October to May), gym/games room and pétanque court.

This single-story accommodation is located on the ground floor of a country house. The floor is occupied by the owners. On a small hill near the city center, it has all the amenities of a standard home 5 minutes' drive to the thermal baths, and 2 minutes to downtown. Wake up to the roosters 😊

Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

It's a family home that lives. Your apartment is completely independent, but there may be neighborhood noises (water, kitchen).
