Very nice house in the small corner of a beautiful wine-growing village. View of the cure valley, exposed beams and stones, spa, barbecue and gas stove in the garden. Beautiful stone cellar completely renovated where you will find two beautiful instruments and a nice bar. 4G Internet, TV, vinyl, Canal +, Netflix. In the garage, bikes are available to explore beautiful little roads and browse the cycling routes of the Nivernais canal, the vineyards of Irancy and Chablis.
