Holiday rentals with a patio in Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol

We were able to spend a week at Martina's and were more than satisfied. Super cozy, accurately clean and inviting apartment that is absolutely worth the price. Communication went smoothly and you felt very well taken care of. Reinswald is small but very, very nice. If you like hiking or skiing or simply want to relax, you are in the best of hands here. In the evening, you can enjoy the silence and the wonderful view from the sunny terrace during the day, and in the morning you will be awakened by such beautiful fresh air and cow bells. Unmistakably charismatic. We thank you once again and wish you all the best. We will be happy to come back.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍

Our stay at Anna’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of lots of beautiful surroundings. Anna was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Herta's apartment is very beautiful, modern, spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. It is located a few steps from the Renon Cable Car funicular, near the bus station and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Herta is a very kind and helpful host, she picked us up at the train station and we drove to the apartment. He advised us on restaurants and gave us very clear and precise directions to visit the main attractions in the area. She was also attentive to our questions and gave us a Bolzano welcome card, which allows you to use public transport and also the Renon Cable Car, which is highly recommended, as the views are beautiful. The most beautiful thing about the apartment is the balcony terrace, which has a wonderful view and allows you to relax watching the sunset. Thank you very much Herta for having us in Bolzano, it was a very beautiful stay!

Amazing stay, lovely view

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

The apartment worked perfectly for me and my family members for a few nights. Matteo was very responsive throughout our stay and helped us troubleshoot issues with the heating very quickly. The patio outside was beautiful and offered a peaceful place to sit. We loved our stay!

It was a very nice stay.

We stayed for 4 days to do some hiking around the Dolomites. This home was the perfect place to rest, relax and unwind. The sauna and hot tub were great to relax the muscles. There are also a few little towns easily accessible in the surrounding area to have a great meal, good wine or hit up a patisserie. I will be dreaming of my stay - and plan to recommend to all my friends!

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very good time, the house is really nice and in a very quiet location, surrounded by apple plantations. We went with the dogs so it was an ideal location. The lady who welcomed us was really very nice and kind! Spacious, clean house with everything you need. Recommended

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

This beautiful gem in Merano is beyond wonderful - we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Veronika and Jakob met us to help us find the parking area and give us the keys - and then Jakob helped us into the apartment and he was incredibly kind - he gave us incredible recommendations we would certainly not have found by ourselves. The space is so lovely and relaxing, even more gorgeous than the pictures - beautiful light through windows, classy antiques, and just very nicely curated space. The kitchen has everything you need, bed was quite comfortable and the sunrooms (yes two!) are delightful for reading. Everything is sparkling clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, it’s so quiet yet you can walk directly into the heart of town in minutes or meander around what is a lovely charming neighborhood. Close grocery, walkable to the base of hiking trails, restaurants and shopping in most directions. Absolutely lovely! ✨
