Monthly Rentals in Austin

My family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Hilary was responsive and provided easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. The accommodations were clean and we had everything we needed, the location is great to base yourself for fishing local trout streams. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house on a peacful farm, with lots of room to walk the dogs. Close to Elk National Forest and a short drive to Emporium for supplies. Katie is very responsive and helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed in the house and loaned us something that we had forgot. This is a great location for a Potter County getaway, we hope to stay here again one day.

We spent the weekend fishing, & the fireplace was so perfect to warm up by each night! The rooms and house were very well kept. Great location close to a lot of streams and businesses we love to frequent!

The Nanny’s Nook is a wonderful place to stay at. The stream behind the house is very convenient for fishing. The kids caught a lot of fish and even the adults had a chance to catch some too. Lol. The neighbor was super kind. He even brought us over firewood. This is our second time back to the Nanny’s Nook and it won’t be our last. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and being so responsive.
