The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you have come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.

Guest apartment at the old department store on the Allerradweg Astrid & Rainer welcome you! From 1834 to 1998, the building served as a department store. The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions to stay today. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a reading and playing area in the hallway. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Harzspecht

Good location for trips to the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Ilsenburg, Wolfenbüttel, Bad Harzburg can be reached within half an hour. Braunschweig is also only 40 minutes away. Osterwieck itself has a very wonderful old town with over 400 half-timbered houses. We are also called the pearl of Saxony-Anhalt. The city is now 1050 years old and is located on the Romanesque Road and on the Via Romea pilgrimage route

Guesthouse Unter den Weiden - Apartment Benedikt

In the middle of the old town of Halberstadt is the "former Farbenfabrik" below the cathedral square. Until March 2025, the listed house with 4 apartments was lovingly renovated and equipped with antiques. Care was taken to preserve all the historical details and use sustainable materials. The guesthouse is an absolute gem. In the nearby parking lot, the car can be parked, everything is explored on foot or by tram!
