Authentic little house in Clavans le Bas (Alps)

My house is located in a small village called Clavans le Bas at 1400 m altitude in the beautiful Ferrand Valley. Ideal for mountain lovers, hikers, cyclists (electricity supply post at 50m). It is not recommended for small children ( steep stairs and unsecured windows). No private garden, nature all around. Car mandatory. No shops in the village. Nearest shops 12 km. There is however a nice auberge for good foods and drinks. No WIFI (available at auberge and mairie)

Private parking. Large adjoining land with a nice bread oven (not usable). 2 km from the center of Mens. For the period of July/August, bookings are only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
