One will find an additional restroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Kitchen is small, situated on a corner with large windows facing 2 directions where one can look out to left at a small court yard, with a large round table, available to guests and to the right a large public access court yard.

On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.

Apartment located facing the sea, you will admire the arrival and departure of fishing boats. The jetties are waiting for you to fish with a rod. The beach is revealed at low tide.
