When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. The hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

This is probably the most beautiful apartment of all the ones we've stayed in! Huge, beautiful, comfortable, modern, it seems that all the wishes of the guests are taken into account. We were pleasantly greeted by a bottle of delicious white wine and aromatic coffee in the morning. State-of-the-art technology has helped us solve our everyday problems. To say that we were delighted is to say nothing. Special thanks for the underground parking, that's +100 in karma)) P.S. To leave the parking lot, you need to pull the rope in the basement before going up the hill... Thank you, friends, for a good vacation.

We stayed a week in the maple tip and are absolutely delighted with the apartment. We were especially impressed by the area with all the hiking trails and the sauna in Ahornallee. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful, quiet and successful stay. An apartment that invites calm and disconnection. Everything is impeccable, comfortable, quiet, bright and tasteful. Very kind host. You can park without problems in the same street in front of the house and it is 10 minutes by car to the historic center. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a great location in an exciting city. We were in the apartment with 5 adults, we loved it. The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need, shopping market and bakery right outside the door. Unfortunately located on a street, but there was no disturbing noise due to the great windows.

We travelled over 700 kilometres and, thanks to a good journey, we arrived at the location much earlier than planned. Although the check-in was actually scheduled for later, Harry spontaneously made it possible for us to move into the accommodation a little earlier – thank you again! Communication was consistently fast and helpful. The WiFi was reliable and strong enough to work in the room without any problems. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, exactly as described and quietly located – perfect for resting and staying flexible at the same time. The price-performance ratio was also fully convincing. I would come back anytime!

A beautiful accommodation where we felt very comfortable! It is located in a suburb of Chemnitz, from which you can quickly and directly reach the city centre. In the apartment itself, everything is available in all rooms that makes a stay pleasant! The parking is also very good. The house is located on a very beautiful garden plot, the view from the window shows flowers, shrubs and trees all around. Wonderful! Kristine and Günter are very pleasant hosts, whom we will gladly choose again on our next visit to Chemnitz!

The location is perfect for someone using public transit, and the apartment is a great setup for extended stays. Yoana and Fabian were very kind and responsive hosts. I would like to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend them very highly.

All in all, we were completely satisfied. The apartment is perfect for a little getaway with the family. Everything you need is available or was provided without further notice. The equipment for babies and toddlers was also great, nothing was missing. Rabbits and sheep were right outside the front door. Absolutely perfect for small children. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice hosts , very nice place with the most charming view from the balcony and sauna in this house . We had a good time and were able to stay another couple of hours after checkout . It was very nice . We recommend spending time and visiting this house 💫

Beautiful space. Great communication, was able to resolve concerns directly. added the stair gates especially for our daughter. My son was surprised by the Easter bunny and found a gift to himself outside the door - a thousand thanks again for that he was so happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much because our son got sick, but we were in the apartment for 24 hours for several days and there was nothing missing. The cleanliness, the amenities everything was great. Even the toys that were on site were great. We felt so comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks to Peggy & Torsten :)

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at this great place in Dresden! The apartment was exactly as described – very clean. The location was ideal for exploring the city – quiet but still close to many attractions. Check-in was completely straightforward, and the contact with the host was friendly and helpful at all times. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a stay. The parking space is a bonus for me, as you don't have to search for long. The only small drawback, but this is a minor complaint: a small lamp in the living room would have been desirable, as otherwise you only have the choice between darkness or bright lighting. I would definitely come back! ☺️
