Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Newly built home within in walking distance of campus and downtown. It is a short walk to Jordan Hare (.8 miles). And you can be in the heart for downtown area in the same distance. The home is newly purchased and decor is still being added so the walls may seem a little bare. The important stuff like beds, couches, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies is all there. Please let us know if there is a kitchen gadget that you found to be missing so that we can add it in the future!

You’ll love relaxing in the den with its tall two-story ceiling. This area has a flat-screen tv and fireplace. The kitchen is eat-in, and outside is a private, covered patio with a fire pit. It's in a great location only 4 miles (approx 10 min. drive) to AU. Hope you can visit our “home away from home”!
