Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung eignet sich ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien und bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Schlafgäste. ( 6 davon in einer 2. Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss ab dem 5. Schlafgast ) Für gesellige Abende mit Freunden, Kollegen oder Familie stehen ein Billardtisch, eine Musikanlage und eine gemütliche Bar bereit. Der 39 Grad warme Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar und inclusive. Die Nutzung der Fasssauna ist zubuchbar . Die Whirlpool Badewanne im SZ funktioniert leider nicht.

Das Wasserschloss steht am Ortsrand von Irmelshausen, einem typisch fränkischem Dorf mit Kirche, Fachwerkhäusern in der Öko-Modellregion Rhön-Grabfeld. Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

The quiet location invites you to switch off, while nearby spas and towns such as Bad Bocklet, Bad Kissingen and Bad Neustadt provide variety. Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation!

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub await you. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue corner with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house there is another apartment on the upper floor. Parking is free on the street.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV, zwei helle Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten) sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche. Ein Reisebett ist auf Wunsch zustellbar.
