Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.

Situé à 3 km de Nyons en Drôme Provençale, vous pourrez profiter des merveilleuses balades qui nous entourent. L'emplacement est idéal, en pleine campagne et au bord de l'Eygues. Nous sommes également proche de nombreux sites (Montélimar, Avignon, Vaison La Romaine, Mont Ventoux). Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. La maison doit être rendue propre.

Nous avons pensé ce lieu comme une maison de famille : nous habitons sur place dans une partie de la Bastide avec nos trois filles et nous avons créé 3 gîtes indépendants avec cuisines. Votre gîte dispose d'un accès indépendant, une terrasse privative et un accès à la piscine au sel (partagée) et au jardin méditerranéen paysagé (dédié aux guest). Nos gîtes sont climatisés et équipé de TV HD.
