We had a great time at Lucie's place! It's very well furnished and very clean:) it's close to everything we had the sea a few steps away as well as the city center

Chantal and her husband are an extremely welcoming couple, very friendly. They enjoy interacting with their tenants and are very good at giving advice. Their studio is very well designed and pleasant, and Chantal does everything possible to make the stay as good as possible. We already know that if we have to come back to the area, we will contact Chantal again without hesitation. Many thanks!

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Yves was a very good host, check-in and check-out was very good and flexible, the very clean accommodation matches the photos, bright and functional. 15-20 min from the beach, everything is within walking distance, and very quiet street, no complaints. Great stay for us :)

A beautiful stay in this accommodation, fully equipped! Ideal location, close to the seaside and only about ten minutes from the centre, enough to do everything on foot! I recommend it!

Very good stay. The house is even nicer in real life. And what about the hot tub which is the real plus. Yes, it's complicated to capture well but it's a great place to disconnect with the sea right in front. Very welcoming and attentive host. Thank you.

Very nice week. We (4 adults and 2 children) were very warmly welcomed by Françoise and Gérald. The cottage is beautiful, quiet and it is very easy to park. It is very clean and well-equipped. The garden and pool located behind the house is a peaceful oasis where we were able to relax. It is well located and we were able to go on our excursions (La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Sables d'Olonne, Puy du Fou), everything was at a reasonable distance (45-55 minutes). Shops nearby.

We had a lovely stay at this place. A peaceful and pleasant place furnished with taste. Everything is there to spend comfortable moments. A nice advantage regarding its proximity to the Puy du Fou that we were able to visit on these 3 days.

Atypical accommodation with a charming little "vintage" side. The place is peaceful, especially thanks to the river that allows you to cool off pleasantly and the ruins of the Château de Tiffauges, a visit to which is not to be missed! The owners of the premises are very welcoming and do their best to make the stay as friendly as possible. (Thank you again for taking care of our dog during the Puy du Fou visit!). Note that the region is ideal for lovers of history and nature. 🤩

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Great location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

The stone accommodation is very nice with a very nice view of the city close to many shops and very nicely decorated

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️
