Welcome to our modern, spacious apartment in the countryside! Over more than 100 square metres, up to 6 guests will find plenty of space to settle in and relax. A quiet, rural location with ideal connections: Würzburg, Ochsenfurt, Taubertal, as well as the A3 and A7, are within a maximum of 20 minutes away. Three bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom + guest toilet, a kitchen, a balcony, underfloor heating and parking right outside the door. We are starting afresh as hosts and look forward to seeing you!

Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment invites you to escape everyday life and unwind amidst gentle natural surroundings. Enjoy relaxing hours in the private sauna for two and recharge your energy. With a generous 70 m² of space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests. It's ideal for couples seeking relaxation, but also perfect for small families – including pets.

Free-range houses

In the midst of the fruit trees on our property in unspoiled nature is the overnight accommodation FreiLAND-Häusle. A former construction trailer was converted into a beautiful overnight and recreational oasis. It accommodates two people. The modern sanitary facilities are located about 20 m away. An outdoor seating area and the barbecue area are right outside the door. Through the large panoramic window in front of the bed, you feel surrounded by nature.

Cozy apartment Uffenheim

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Studio on the southern slope – terrace & close to vineyards

Enjoy relaxing days in our modern, lovingly furnished studio in a quiet location on the southern slope of the Franconian mountains. The stylish accommodation can accommodate 1–2 people (one child up to 2 years old is also welcome and can sleep in the parents' bed). Vineyards, hiking trails and the historic old town of Marktbreit are easily accessible – ideal for couples, short breaks, business travellers and anyone who wants to discover Franconia.

Apartment 2 Bäckerei Hein

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of a lovingly restored town house from the turn of the century in Creglingen (17 km to Rothenburg) On the first floor is a café where you can have breakfast during the week. (included) Our bakery is in the neighboring house. Bicycles can be stored. After consultation, guests are welcome to take a look in the bakery. The apartment, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the essentials. No pets

The spacious ground-floor apartment of 60 sqm can accommodate up to 3 people with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, fridge-freezer, kettle, stove, oven and dishwasher. On the terrace you have the opportunity to eat while enjoying the view of the countryside. From the property, you can reach, for the Brückenbaron within walking distance and the city of Würzburg within 30 minutes.

Penthouse perfect for families, groups & teams

Deine Auszeit im schönen Bad Mergentheim beginnt mit einem Blick von der großen Dachterrasse auf die ganze Stadt. Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Fußläufig erreichst du den Kurpark in ca. 5-8 min, die Innenstadt in ca. 15 min. Die Therme Solymar ist ebenfalls perfekt zu fuß zu erreichen, du benötigst ca. 10min.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours.

Cottage in Gelchsheim

Our historic house from the 1950s, with about 100 square meters and a lovingly renovated character, is located on the outskirts of Gelchsheim, directly on the main road. In our quiet and rural location, it is easy to escape everyday life and visit idyllic and historic places. For cycling enthusiasts, the Gaubahn cycle path extends from the Maintal to the Taubertal.
