Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Au Train Township

This place gives you quick and easy access to all the attractions of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Munising, boat cruises, waterfalls, trails and beaches are ten to 30 minutes away. And yet, the place is very private and quiet. The house is very clean and conveniently organized. It has enough space for four to five people as long as they can share one bathroom (which is large and has a good shower). All the equipment is new or in very good condition. This includes a stainless steel gas stove, fridge, microwave, grill, etc. The house has every essential you need (linens, towels, dishwasher detergent), but you will need to bring your own laundry detergent. Communications with the host were very quick and efficient - the manager took seconds to respond and was always friendly and helpful. Wifi is reliable, and there is a TV with many streaming platforms. The heater (in the hallway) is a bit loud, but you can close your bedroom door to reduce noise at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful eco-friendly stay. Peace and quiet, just what we needed for the weekend away! Everything was very clean and the check out process was clearly listed in the entryway. The atmosphere was tucked away in the woods, we went in the spring so lots of crickets and frogs humming at night - my kids loved to look in the little pond with flashlights. If you love the outdoors you will love Jenny’s place. PS Fayette state park was so breath taking and a short drive from the location. We made our way to marquette for lunch during the stay as well. Plenty to plan for.

We had a great stay in AuTrain on our last night the water went out but they brought us over water for toilets and took care of us regardless. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location with views of Little Bay de Noc. Fenced in backyard is great for dogs and the property is "green" friendly, even had pipes, papers and a grinder. For those that don't care for that smell (like my wife), no worries! She couldn't detect even a faint whiff. Huge driveway if you have your boat or ATVs and a fire pit out back. Definitely recommend if you're visiting the Escanaba area.

Very nice place to stay. Much larger in person than it looks in the pictures. There were 8 of us and had plenty of room. Could have used another bathroom but other than that it was perfect!

The house was great and had most everything you would ever imagine you'd need. It was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at Seth’s place! It was quiet, cozy, and felt right at home. We loved the decor on the inside along with very comfortable furniture/bedding. Very short drive to the city but also feel like you’re secluded. There are a couple of houses around(at least one on each side) but we only saw the one neighbor a handful of times. We weren’t exactly sure where the walking path was until we drove past it. It’s not actually on the property it’s across the street. Overall very good experience and would definitely consider coming here again!

One of the best places to stay in downtown. Harley was flexible with us and his apartment is even better than in the pictures & description. Without any doubt this is ***** apartment.

Clean and well organized

This place was great! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Beautiful home with great decor. Wendy was super friendly! Even recommended some things for us to check out while we were there.

The Maple Hideaway was a great stay! It was spacious for the 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of parking and snow removal was kept up with in a big Munising winter. Host was responsive to a late check out request. No complaints!

Great little spot for a jumping off point for more hiking in the area. Little bar offering pizza and drinks is right next door. Friendly people. Enjoyed the area and the quick stay. Place exceeded cleanliness expectations.

Just finished our third great stay at the Sunset Lodge Airbnb. A great place to stop off on a longer trip to Minnesota. Very peaceful and relaxing space.

I enjoyed my 5 nights stay at Lois’s place. She is very helpful , welcoming, sincere,understanding and accommodating. I had no regret staying at this home. Everywhere was spotless and tidy. Santa’s Shack is perfect – an early Christmas gift for me! It’s comfy, cozy, clean, and spacious, equipped with everything I needed. Danielle is an exceptional host: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. I had a minor injury, which I mentioned casually, and Danielle went above and beyond by offering a therapeutic device so I wouldn’t have to drive a considerable distance, there and back, to get one. I had a fantastic time and staying at Santa's Shack was part of the amazing experience. Thank you so much for everything, Danielle!

The cabins that Jonathan has are all very nice. They are not huge but it’s all you need for an awesome little hang out. The cabin was extremely clean and organized. They are right in the town of Seney which has Andy’s Seney bar which is great foot and is walking distance away. Every thing that is listed in the listing for the boom cabins is right on par with what is said. We throughly enjoyed are stay and all said we would definitely stay there again.

We loved the privacy and cleanliness of the cabin. The view of the lake was great and the cabin was located between Marquette and Munising so we were able to visit both areas conveniently. The cabin was well stocked with essentials which was great!

Beautiful cabin, has a river flowing right in front of the cabin, lots to do nearby, you can even rent a kayak from the hosts. Melissa was very kind and even opened up the shop after hours for us to get some supplies. Will definitely stay here again!

Every June, my Dad and I travel to the U.P. for our annual fishing trip. We love staying at the Ford River Cabin! Cindy is a great host. Cabin was clean, cozy, and the perfect place to rest after a long day on the river.

Great couple days of snowmobiling! Cabin was close to trails and rentals. So nice to come in with fireplace to warm us. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Really enjoyed the whole experience!!

Our stay at the Spring Lake house was lovely. The house was immaculate and well stocked with anything we might have needed. The view of the lake from the deck was perfect. We were able to eat outside on the sunny days and enjoy the paddle boat to check out the rest of the lake. So nice to sit by the fire and listen to the birds and enjoy the peaceful lake.

This house is lovely! We were comfortable here, and we were happy to retreat back at the house at the end of each day of exploring and adventuring around Munising and Marquette. The drive to hiking, sightseeing, water activities, shopping, and restaurants was simple and easy (allow for 25-35 min drive- it is worth it!). The house has everything you need! The bed is very soft (and a bit high off the ground). The non-stick pans in the kitchen were helpful. The front porch is so cozy and the windows were so easy to open to enjoy the cool morning breeze. If you bring a Roku for the tv- do not forget your remote. We ended up using the house’s blue ray player and we watched some of the movies that were provided, but we also downloaded movies on my iPad to watch. I was perfectly happy to read a book while sipping coffee on the porch. I highly recommend this sweet home. We enjoyed ourselves, and the communication with Travis was exceptional!

Very quiet and charming, great stay about 20 minutes from Munising. Very clean house and responsive host. Would stay again when in the area.
