Stand alone studio style suite set on a private lake. We offer 2 night minimum stays.The studio suite includes a kitchen and comfortable livingroom. Queen bed ,queen pull out sofa and roll away cot. Playpen available on request. Large shower, gas fireplace and air conditioning . Stroll around the beautiful grounds and enjoy all inclusive canoe,paddleboards and paddle boat with no rental fees. Guest suite also offers wifi and a 52 inch t.v and satellite. Please note we do not have extra fees.

The Blue Cottage on Rockhill's beautiful 122 acres. Private country cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. Two large decks: one east facing for your morning coffee, the other facing west for watching the glorious Mulmur sunsets. New appliances inc laundry and dishwasher; also a tv w DVD player, & wifi. Adjacent to the Bruce Trail with a pristine swimming pond & beach. Room to hike, bike, play beach volleyball, or just soak up the sun surrounded by nature.

A perfect retreat on a quiet road within the town limits of Kincardine. A rare find cedar cottage where vintage meets contemporary. Beautiful sunsets and walks along the beach. 18 holes of golf next door and minutes from restaurants and shops. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. BBQ onsite fire pit, 2 paddle boards and kayaks, life jackets, volley-ball net and shuffleboard court as well as 4 bikes for guest use. Bedding is not provided.

Rustic Cabin on Private Pond

Our Rustic Beach House is simply furnished and set on you very own private pond with a private beach. It has electricity, does not have plumbing. Fresh drinking water is supplied. Bathroom is a clean, private outhouse and you have access to our guest shower facility on premises from 6-9 am/pm daily. As your Bed and Breakfast host we will personally greet you and check you in and always remain on property while offering you privacy. We are designed for a quiet, peaceful rustic getaway.

The Manager's Cabin, RockHill Park

Experience this amazing historical RockHill Park, just a short 1 hour drive north of Toronto. Feel like you are away at a secluded destination in nature once you are tucked in our 122 acre property. The "Manager's Cabin" has hydro, which offers beautiful modern lighting, Kuerig coffee machine, and a good size small fridge. Have fun with all the outdoor activities enjoying the natural clear spring fed water, beach, and the amazing section of Bruce Trail adjacent to our property.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located lakefront cottage. Only 5 kms to Hanover with all it has to offer and even the drive-in movie theatre close by. The cottage has 300mbps Wi-Fi for things like working remotely or streaming Netflix on 4 tv's even one on the dock. (during the summer) Propane fire table on the dock and a wood fire pit area for cooking smores. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat provided. No outside boats are allowed.

Sunset Sands Private Suite

This ground-level apartment is across the road from the lake and a 20 minute walk to downtown Kincardine. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). The building is an attached coach house with lake view decks and easy access to the rocky shores for walking. It is a very short walk to sandy beaches.
