Holiday rentals with breakfast in Attica

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und haben nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und unserer Autovermietung unschlagbar. Die Vermieter haben auf uns gewartet, bis wir da waren. Die Unterkunft war sehr hübsch und gemütlich…das hätten wir für eine Nacht nicht erwartet. Marcy hat uns sogar eine Flasche Milch für den Kaffee hingestellt, weil wir keine Zeit mehr zum Einkaufen hatten.

A charming and quirky house! We enjoyed our stay very much, even though the bathroom and kitchen were in a separate building! Tassos was always very quick to respond to messages - he was the perfect host. If you are looking for luxury, this place probably isn’t for you, but if you want a unique stay in a family home with lots of history then it’s great.

Το σπίτι ειναι απλα υπέροχο! 3 πανέμορφα υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία μολυ μεγάλη, κουζίνα εξαιρετική πεντακαθαρη και εξοπλισμενη με οτι χρειάζεσαι, αλάτια, πιπερια, λάδι, καφέ εσπρεσο ακομα και πλαστικά ποτηράκια είχε. 2 μπάνια στον πανω όροφο στα υπνοδωμάτια μεγαλα και 1 wc στον κάτω όροφο επισης πεντακάθαρα οπου ειχε πάλι τα πάντα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν, κρέμα μαλλιών, πετσέτες εξτρα χεριών αρκετες και ακομα και αποσμητικά σώματος και χαρτιά χαρτομάντιλα για όσους δεν χρησιμοποιούν πετσέτες για το πρόσωπο! Η Εμμα καταπληκτική οικοδεσπότης, πολυ φιλική και ευγενική, υπέροχος άνθρωπος! Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα την Εμμα και το υπέροχο σπίτι της για να περάσετε τις διακοπές η το σαββατοκύριακο σας με την παρεα η την οικογένεια σας! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We just loved Amalia and Costos. So friendly. We felt like family. Views are BEAUTIFUL!! Spetses is amazing just like Amalia. She even arranged a taxi for us to get back to port with our luggage and saw us off. Would love to stay there again.

Marina is the perfect host, very helpful, good recommendations for finding a place to eat, a supermarket and public transport. Always reacted quickly, very friendly and supportive. The place is perfect for one person, clean, air condition working, huge balcony with nice view over the city, very quiet on a Sunday morning ;-), places to visit close by, e.g. 10 min walking distance to Athen Archaeological Museum. I can recommend this place and especially the host, definitely will come back next time I'm in Athens!

Nikos was a great host. Friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations. We loved the apartment! Very cute, nicely decorated and clean. It’s on the third floor with elevator access which was nice. There’s a room and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and the living room has a door so it turns into a private room. There’s also a balcony with access from both the living room and the main room. The apartment was very well equipped. We were sad to leave but would love to stay here again in a future trip.

Nice place with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance from bus and tram stop, easy access to Athens city centre.

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Communication, via Anna and Sofia, or their father Yiannis, was excellent prior to and during our stay. Yiannis greeted us upon arrival and stored our bags for half a day post checkout while we waited for transfer. His flexibility, local knowledge, excellent English and smile really enhanced our stay. As for the apartment, its location near Monastiraki Metro, the Plaka and Central market was perfect for us. Recently renovated and brightly decorated with a good sized balcony on the protected side of the building it was on the 6th floor conveniently reached via a lift. All amenities and.appliances worked. But for us the roof top garden reached from a gate from our balcony was the icing on the cake. This unobstructed 360 degree view would undoubtably be the best view of the Acropolis and important Athenian landmarks you could possibly find. This apartment and its hosts make this AirBnB an absolute gem. Book it.

Il nostro soggiorno ad Atene è stato davvero perfetto. Dimitra è un host gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! La stanza, così come il bagno, era pulitissima e rispecchiava perfettamente le foto dell'annuncio. In frigo abbiamo trovato la colazione e diversi generi alimentari offerti da Dimitra. La posizione è ottima, in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale, con la possibilità di raggiungere il centro con la metropolitana che è a 5 min a piedi dall’alloggio. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a tutti!

Excellent séjour ! L’hôte est très réactive et veille à ce que le logement soit dans un état parfait avec de petites attentions très appréciables. Le tarif est bien plus intéressant que ceux des logements situés dans la vieille ville qui est seulement à quelques minutes à pied ; la balade pour s’y rendre est très agréable. L’appartement est tout équipé et convient très bien pour 3 personnes pour un court séjour.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but once we arrived, we loved the location! We enjoyed a fantastic meal from a local Greek restaurant that even offered delivery or a driver to bring us back—such a nice touch, and the food was delicious. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, welcoming us with homemade peach marmalade and fresh bread—absolutely delicious! A wonderful example of true Greek hospitality. Also a very convenient location for the airport. I would stay here again!

Η Nathalie και ο Eric είναι πολύ φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί, μας έδωσαν πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και είχε όλα τα απαιτούμενα (ακόμα και extra οδοντόβουρτσες, μπουρνούζια κτλ). Το σπίτι και ο γύρω χώρος είναι πολύ προσεγμένα, περιποιημένα και με αισθητική. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, με φρέσκα σπιτικά προιόντα (μαρμελάδες, φρούτα, κρέπες κτλ). Τα σκυλάκια ήταν πολύ ήσυχα, χαδιάρικα, φιλικά και καθόλου ενοχλητικά. Σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία και θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

The hotel is clean and the employees are very friendly, however very few speak english. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but so is the rest of the town and everything was working fine. The pool is nice and the view is amazing. The owner did not respond to us on the airbnb app, but the staff of the hotel was very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay at the island and the hotel!

We stayed at a groundfloor apt. Absolutely renovated, comfort and clean! These rooms have a lovely yard and it is so nice to take your breakfast, relaxing, watching the sea. We love Julie's place and we hope to visit it again! Thanks Julie!!

Ομορφος χώρος σε ιδιαίτερο κτίσμα, παλιό, πέτρινο, ανακαινισμένο. Από το μικρό μπαλκονάκι, θέα άπλετη.

πολύ βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του νησιού που βολεύει για να γυρίσεις τις παραλίες από όλες τις πλευρές. όσον αφορά το σπίτι είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό περιποιημένο και προσεγμένο. δροσερό ( δε χρησιμοποιήσαμε σχεδόν καθόλου ac). για τους οικοδεσπότες τι να πω. Η Ελίνα τρομερός άνθρωπος μας βοηθησε πολύ και εκεί σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. επίσης το σπίτι είχε πρωινό το οποίο βόλεψε πάρα πολύ. το προτείνω το κατάλυμα

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσια σχεδον μεσα σε παρκο και μονο 3 λεπτα απο το σταθμο του μετρο. Το δωματιο που εμεινα ηταν αρκετα ανετο για 1 ατομο, απλο σε διακοσμηση, και πολυ καθαρο (θα ηταν προτιμότερο να αναφερεται στο site οτι ειναι ημιυπόγειο).

Από την πρώτη στιγμή αισθανθήκαμε άνετα σαν στο σπίτι μας, λόγω της ευγένειας και εγκαρδιότητας της Νάταλι και του Έρικ. Μας υποδέχτηκαν, έπειτα από το ζεστό ταξίδι μας, με παγωμένους χειροποίητους χυμούς που απολαύσαμε στην πισίνα με θέα τη φύση. Αντίστοιχα το πρωινό ήταν εκπληκτικό με νόστιμες και ολόφρεσκες επιλογές, ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και η τοποθεσία ειδυλλιακή. Η φιλοξενία τους ήταν εξαιρετική και το ενδιαφέρον τους προς εμάς πηγαίο! Αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα ατυχές συμβάν καθώς το αυτοκίνητο μας χάλασε στα μισά του δρόμου προς το θέατρο της Επιδαυρου και ο Έρικ αμέσως προθυμοποιήθηκε να μας πάει απαλλάσσοντας μας από το στρες και την ταλαιπωρία. Τα τρία σκυλάκια τους ήταν η γλυκια νότα της διαμονής μας καθώς ήταν πολύ φιλικά και ήσυχα! Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και διαμονή, σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά! A bientôt!
