Holiday rentals with beach access in Attica

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

Comfortable stay, with separate spaces ensuring privacy. We were three friends who each stayed in their own room. The amenities are very satisfactory, the same we have in our home. Very nice view from the balcony and of course very easy access to the beach. Clean sea. Quiet and clean neighborhood . Perfect place for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy their sleep while listening to the waves. We had a great time!

I had a fantastic stay at Krassy’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and the neighborhood was peaceful. Krassy was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided bottle of water and sodas. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens!

We needed a place to stay completely last minute for the Athens Marathon. Alexandra’s place was not only available, but reasonably priced, near the beach and some nice restaurants, but not in an area with a lot of night life (perfect for us since we wanted a good nights sleep) The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a very cute shopping center with great restaurants within walking distance, and Plaka (shopping district near landmarks) is only a 30 minute Uber ride away. We were mostly in Athens for the Marathon, but this apartment was a very cozy home base, and we really enjoyed our time there. It’s simple and homey, just what we were looking for. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

It really worked out and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is really tastefully decorated. First we had concerns that we had to freeze (because we were here in February and the temperatures were in the single-digit range) but the heating worked optimally. Only the shower was cold, but we could be helped quickly. There may have been a handheld shower missing from the shower, but it would be exaggerated to give the great house a deduction. Thank you so much for having us be there.

Everything is wonderful. Easy check-in. Nice location. Tastefully decorated. All new. Friendly and detailed communication. We felt right at home. No problem even with a dog. We are happy to book again.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

Great host. All clean. The house is by the sea and comfortably accessible.

Franke place was located amazing in a olive garden with sea view. It was very calm and a place to relax at. We had our private Beach but also hiking paths around leads to other beaches. Had a wonderful stay and would love to come back when I have opportunitie. The place fits 6-7 people easily and all the details with the place was reliefing the city energy. Frank was helpfully and answered quick to all messages I send. Would reccomend warmly the place and Frank as host.

Dimitris place was great, very cosy and peaceful. Big living room, nice kitchen and nice bedroom. Big outdoor area which was a plus, so you can park up your car, have the pets outside, and enjoy a coffee or a meal on the porch. Only thing is the car is a must in the location. Great value for money

the accommodation was super central. in the kitchen there is a plan for restaurants, bars etc in the area. around the corner is the beach with local. We are also to Athens by train, which was also super easy. I can only recommend the accommodation, a lot of space, lovingly furnished and everything you need is available.

One of the best Air b and b we have stayed in absolutely stunning immaculately clean and the hostess was one of the nicest people I've met..I highly recommend this Air b and b..

If you like a local village feel with fantastic views this is for you. The apartment is on the first floor with balconies at the front and back. We enjoyed breakfast on the rear balcony accompanied by the friendly cats from downstairs. The location is a stones throw from a little beach that you can walk along to reach the small quay and fantastic restaurants.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay, even long-term. The bed and linens were so comfy and cozy. Plenty of counter space for cooking and storage. Easy to transport luggage with no stairs and an elevator. Location to supermarkets, shops, tram and sea was perfect. Very clean and the necessary cleaning tools were provided. I really enjoyed my stary and plan to return the next time I come to Athens.

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

Ornella was a warm & welcoming host. The villa is breathtaking! I may have missed on the description, but as with many places in Greece, the number of stairs around the place might be burdensome for some. That being said, we would definitely go back!

The flat has amazing view! And there is everything you need there. Was a pleasure to spend time on the balcony. There is very beautiful church 15 minute drive from the place. And there is beach 5 min walking also spring water next to flat. Enjoy the flat it is great :)

I love this apartment, bed, blanket, pillows, dishes. Everything is fine. And the terrace needs a separate review. 💖
