Beautiful deciduous trees and shrubs surround your home. German and Swedish TV are available. Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Excursions to the glass kingdom such as Kosta and Öland are close by for visiting. Or why not an elk safari at Grönåsen's elk and farm animal park or Eriksberg's safari park. Tennis, paddle courts (single and double) and golf course are nearby. Rackets are available to borrow. Bicycles are available to borrow on the farm. Right outside the door is Ådalen and nearby is a well-lit exercise track. A small farm shop is also available where it is possible to buy breakfast eggs! A charming cottage by the sea with a terrace facing the south. The terrace is furnished with a lounge set and bbq. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bath room with shower and incineration toilet. The living includes access to a small sand beach, a sauna and a pier with a floating dock for relax and bath. On the ground we have our main house and also free-range chickens and a wonderful cat. Feel free to pick your fresh breakfast eggs. Bikes, SUP and some fishing gear available

Välkomna till Bredäng, en oas på den Blekingska kusten. Området är lugnt och lantligt med vackra omgivningar. Vår lilla mysiga stuga ligger ca 800 meter från badbrygga och havet. I anslutning till stugan finns en härlig trädgård med grillplats, trädgårdsmöbler och allmänning där bil kan parkeras gratis. Stugan är nyrenoverad på insidan och bjuder på enkel, lantlig och god komfort. Mindre än en kilometer bort finns Björkenäs camping med strand och kiosk.

Detached newly-built attic house in central Kalmar. Approximately 30 sqm incl. sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Open in the attic. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar Castle/bathing area and 4 km by car to Ölandsbron.

In the summer, there is Lenas Kafe, Kafe Måsen, SailInn and take a cable boat out to Ytterön and visit Allans. 10 km to Jämjö and 30 km to Karlskrona. Sheets, duvet covers and towels are provided. If you want breakfast, it costs SEK 75/person. Coffee, tea and various foods are always available.
